Sign up for the launch of London Property Alliance’s latest research, Good Growth in Central London,aimed at helping a newly elected government grow the economy.
Published in partnership with Arup, this major piece of research explores potential growth scenarios for the whole of the Central Activities Zone (CAZ) across a range of indices including office space, employment, housing and economic output. It builds upon the WPA's Westminster-focused version of the report earlier in the year, with updated data on Westminster's performance as part of a deeper analysis, alongside the City of London, Camden, Southwark and Canary Wharf.
The event will feature a keynote speech from Howard Dawber (Deputy Mayor for Business & Growth, Greater London Authority), followed by a panel discussion with leading policy and industry experts.

The City Council, in partnership with The Crown Estate, is inviting urban designers to submit proposals to revitalise Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus and Haymarket’s public realm. Future-proofing national policy to support sustainable development
Policy makers from central London local authorities, the Greater London Authority and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities joined a London Property Alliance roundtable to discuss the key findings and recommendations of our upcoming report - Retrofit First, Not Retrofit Only: Future-proofing national policy to support sustainable development.
Produced in collaboration with Savills, the report examines the need for clearer national guidance to help local councils make informed and balanced decisions around future development, and follows on from our popular member seminar in March. Labour selects replacement for Dame Karen Buck
Georgia Gould has been selected as Labour’s Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the Queen’s Park and Maida Vale constituency, previously Westminster North, following the decision of incumbent Labour MP Karen Buck to stand down. Find out more here.

Sustainable City Charter save the date
