Our speakers explored the onsite circular economy methods and techniques being used across leading commercial development projects in the City of London to reduce embodied carbon emissions, with a focus on reducing material usage and waste.

We were delighted to welcome members and stakeholders to our 119th CPA Annual Lunch at the incredible Great Hall at Guildhall last month.
Newly appointed CPA Chair Ross Sayers (Head of Development Management, Landsec) celebrated the ongoing success of the Square Mile and the strong fundamentals that have secured its place as a centre for global business and finance, but stressed the need for continued collaboration between the private sector and the City of London Corporation to ensure it remains an attractive destination for both workers and visitors, in line with its ambitious Destination City vision.
